Fix problems with apps from Microsoft Store. From your advice I have located the problem, it is intel graphics card, but even though I uninstalled it completely and reinstalled it is still the same. I knew it was intel's graphics card because after I uninstalled it and before reinstalling it everything was working fine but after I installed it again everything is not crashing and black screening again I do not know why.
And to confirm this I tried disabling the intel graphics card and everything was working fine. Click on the Recovery tab from the left pane. Scroll down to the Advanced Startup section and click the Restart Now button.
